Technical Bulletin (YKC-7000)

Outlines:

Conductive paste YKC-7000 is designed for fast curable and as an one-component type of carbon paste. This product has an excellent flexibility, adhesion and printability.

Cured YKC-7000 has high surface hardness and flat smooth surface condition with high moisture and heat resistance.

Application fields:

YKC-7000 can be applied on keyboard-contact, jumper-circuitry and carbon through-hole mainly.

Direction to use:

l       Stir up thoroughly before use.

l       Use as supplied without dilution.

l       Use special thinner #700 to dilute, if the viscosity of YKC-7000 gets too high. Diluting ratio should be set under 5 wt%.

l       Clean the coating area thoroughly before application.

l       Use 150 to 250 meshes polyester or stainless screen for coating.

l       Curing process should be operated at 150deg.Cx15min. in an air-oven.

l       Use chloride hydrocarbon-based solvent to clean the tools and screens.
