ExSCREEN(the second generation of SR SCREEN) & SRSCREEN

Low Elongation, High Tension Fabrics,
  • EX SCREEN has an approximately 10% to 20% higher breaking point; it can be stretched with higher tensions with less elongation and less loss of fabric thickness during stretching.
  • EX SCREEN & SR SCREEN' s elongation in warp and weft directions are similar so that it makes the opening more square. Also it yields less distortion and moire during printing. 
  • EX SCREEN & SR SCREEN has an excellent dimensional stabilities that shows few changes in tension after stretching.
  • EXSCREEN & SR SCREEN gives smooth ink transit for requiring less squeegee pressure which prolongs screen life.
  • EX SCREEN & SR SCREEN undergoes rigorous quality control measures and careful inspection for elasticity, breaking point, mesh count, and fabric thickness that are issued in ISO 9002.
